Set company details and branding
Prepare the instructions and contact information your team will use.
Save your personal profile
Open Settings & Security → My Profile. Check your name, phone and mailing address, then save. Use Change Account Email if your sign-in email needs updating.

Set company service details
Open Service Levels & Branding. Enter company contact information, service levels, working hours and instructions. Add your company's supported logo or letterhead where available.

Set your job numbers
Open Job Numbering and review your company's numbering settings before creating jobs. Save the format offered on that screen.
Look for: Job Numbering
Company service targets describe your offering; they do not automatically change a job's saved deadline. The Pizzazz default brand stays protected.
