Purpose
Pizzazz Serve is designed for legitimate process-serving and related legal-support workflows. You may use the service only for lawful, authorized professional activity.
Content and conduct that are not allowed
You may not use Pizzazz Serve to:
- falsify, fabricate, backdate, or materially alter a service attempt, proof, declaration, signature, photo, GPS record, barcode, invoice, audit record, or other evidence;
- impersonate another person, use another person's signature without authorization, or misrepresent your identity, license, registration, role, company, or authority;
- upload, obtain, disclose, or use documents or personal information without a lawful business purpose or authorization;
- harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, defraud, exploit, or unlawfully surveil another person;
- publish or distribute highly sensitive personal information for an improper purpose;
- upload malware, malicious code, stolen credentials, or content intended to compromise a device, account, company workspace, or the Pizzazz Serve service;
- probe, bypass, defeat, or interfere with authentication, rate limits, company isolation, permissions, security controls, backups, audit logs, or access restrictions;
- use the service to violate court orders, privacy laws, service-of-process rules, licensing requirements, or other applicable law;
- submit unlawful sexual exploitation content or any sexual content involving minors;
- use automated tools to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or extract data from the service except as expressly authorized.
Job records and evidence
Service records must reflect what actually occurred. If a mistake is discovered, use authorized correction or reopen workflows so the change is traceable. Do not delete, replace, or manipulate evidence to create a misleading history.
Uploaded content
You and the relevant company retain responsibility for content you upload. You grant Pizzazz Serve the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, transmit, convert, analyze, and generate records from that content solely to provide and secure the service and carry out authorized user actions.
Enforcement and reporting
We may restrict access, preserve evidence, or suspend an account or workspace when reasonably necessary to investigate or stop suspected misuse, protect users, or comply with law. Report suspected misuse or security concerns to Contact Pizzazz.
