AI is an assistant, not the decision-maker
Pizzazz AI may help extract information from uploaded documents, classify job details, identify missing information, suggest a proof workflow, or draft text. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular court or jurisdiction.
Human review is required
Administrators, process servers, clients, attorneys, and other authorized users remain responsible for reviewing source documents, service facts, jurisdiction, form selection, proof content, filing requirements, deadlines, and signatures before relying on an AI-assisted result.
No legal advice
Pizzazz AI does not provide legal advice and does not replace an attorney, court clerk, licensed professional, or independent legal research. A generated proof or suggested form is not guaranteed to be accepted by a court.
Fail-safe proof routing
Where Pizzazz Serve has not activated or verified a proof generator for a jurisdiction or document type, the system may block generation instead of guessing or substituting another jurisdiction's official form. Users should not bypass that protection.
Document privacy
When an authorized user deliberately starts an AI analysis, selected documents or text may be transmitted to the configured AI service provider to perform the requested task. Only submit material you are authorized to process. See the Privacy Policy for additional information.
