Return to Pizzazz AI after a job exists to review its papers and ask about the job.

Open Pizzazz AI

Open the job and select Open Pizzazz AI. The Job Assistant shows the available documents and whether AI is configured.

Analyze selected documents

Select up to five appropriate files and choose Analyze Documents with Pizzazz AI. Wait for the analysis and review the extracted information, warnings and missing items.

Ask a focused question

Use the job question area to ask about the uploaded information or missing details. Compare the answer with the papers before updating the job or approving its proof.

Look for: Ask a question

Analysis sends the selected papers to the configured AI provider. AI does not sign documents or determine that a service is legally sufficient.
