1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Pizzazz Serve, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated by reference. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to create the account, join the relevant company workspace, and provide the information and documents you submit.
2. What Pizzazz Serve provides
Pizzazz Serve provides workflow software for process-serving operations, including job intake, assignment, communications, service-attempt records, document storage, photos/location evidence, routing, service packets, proof preparation, electronic signatures, invoices, notifications, and related administrative tools. Features may vary by account role, jurisdiction, configuration, or subscription.
3. No legal representation or legal advice
Pizzazz Serve is software, not a law firm, court, attorney, or legal-services provider. The service does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not provide legal advice. Users are responsible for determining the law, court rules, service requirements, filing requirements, deadlines, licensing/registration requirements, and evidentiary standards that apply to their work.
4. Proofs, forms, and court acceptance
Pizzazz Serve may help prepare proofs of service, declarations, packets, or other records from information entered by users. A generated document is not guaranteed to be legally sufficient, accepted by a court, or appropriate for a particular matter. Users must review the facts, selected workflow, form, jurisdiction, signatures, and filing requirements before relying on or submitting a document.
When a jurisdiction or form generator has not been activated or verified, Pizzazz Serve may intentionally block generation rather than substitute another jurisdiction's form.
5. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, job, attempt, service, and billing information.
- Do not falsely record service, attempts, GPS, photos, signatures, completion, or due-diligence activity.
- Maintain required licenses, registrations, insurance, qualifications, and authority for your work.
- Protect passwords, signing PINs, passkeys, devices, and company connection codes.
- Only upload documents and personal information that you are authorized to process.
- Review AI-assisted results and generated legal records before using them.
- Use the service in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Company workspaces and roles
Company administrators control membership, assignments, settings, and access within their company workspace. Clients and process servers may connect to more than one company when invited or authorized. Users must not use another person's credentials or access a company, client, job, or file without permission.
7. Trials, subscriptions, and charges
Administrator workspaces may be subject to trial and subscription terms displayed during registration or billing. Client and process-server sign-ins may be offered without a subscription charge, while administrator or marketplace features may have separate pricing. Trial expiration does not by itself authorize Pizzazz Serve to charge a payment method. A paid charge requires a separate authorized payment or subscription arrangement.
8. Electronic records and signatures
Where permitted by applicable law and court rules, Pizzazz Serve may support electronic records and electronic signatures. Additional terms are in the Electronic Records & Signature Consent. Some court documents, proceedings, notices, or other records may be governed by special rules or exceptions, and users remain responsible for determining whether electronic execution is permitted.
9. AI-assisted features
AI features can make mistakes, omit information, or misclassify documents. They are assistive tools only. Users must independently review important facts and legal outputs. See the AI Assistance Notice.
10. Availability, changes, and backups
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service available and preserve records, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Company administrators should maintain any independent copies or backups required by their business, clients, insurers, courts, or applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
Pizzazz Serve may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to suspected fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms, address nonpayment, comply with law, or investigate a security incident. Where practical and lawful, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Pizzazz Serve is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every workflow, address, route, AI result, generated proof, court form, notification, or integration will be error-free, complete, or accepted by a court or third party.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pizzazz Serve and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed deadlines, rejected filings, unsuccessful service attempts, data entered by users, or reliance on AI or generated documents. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. The version and effective date appear above. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Questions may be sent to Contact Pizzazz.
