1. Consent to electronic records
By accepting this consent, you agree that Pizzazz Serve may provide account records, policies, notices, trial or subscription information, invoices, service records, proofs, signature records, and other communications electronically through the app, website, email, or another electronic method made available to you.
2. Electronic signatures
When you intentionally apply or authorize an electronic signature through Pizzazz Serve, including through a saved signature and required signing verification, you intend that electronic action to serve as your signature for the identified record where electronic signatures are permitted. You must review the record before signing and must not allow another person to use your signing credentials.
Electronic-signature laws do not override every court rule or special statutory requirement. Certain court documents, notices, family-law matters, or other records may be subject to separate rules or exceptions. Pizzazz Serve does not determine that an electronic signature is legally sufficient for every document or jurisdiction.
3. Hardware and software requirements
To receive and retain electronic records, you need an internet-connected device, a current web browser that supports encrypted HTTPS connections, access to the email address associated with your account, and software or browser capability to open, save, or print PDF and HTML records. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
4. Copies and retention
You may save or print records made available through Pizzazz Serve. You may also request a paper or electronic copy by contacting Contact Pizzazz. If a copying or delivery fee is permitted and would apply, we will disclose it before fulfilling the request.
5. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent to receive future records electronically by contacting Contact Pizzazz. Withdrawal is prospective and does not invalidate electronic records or signatures completed before the withdrawal became effective. Because Pizzazz Serve is primarily an electronic service, withdrawal may limit or prevent use of features that require electronic records or signatures.
6. Changes to technology requirements
If a material technology change creates a substantial risk that you can no longer access or retain records covered by this consent, Pizzazz Serve may provide updated requirements and, where required, request renewed electronic consent.
