Review sent emails and saved drafts

See the sender, recipient, subject, message and saved documents for client emails.

01

Prepare a draft from a job

Open Client Updates, Photos & Email on the job. Check the saved client address, enter the subject and optional message, choose photo previews and the approved proof, then choose Save Draft & Preview. A draft can be saved before the client email is filled in; sending requires a valid saved address.

Look for: Save Draft & Preview

02

Review the exact saved version

The draft shows From, To, Reply-To and the subject the client will see. Read the email preview and open the saved attachments. Save Draft keeps edits without sending. Refresh Report & Save updates changed job details or recipient information for another review.

Look for: Save Draft / Refresh Report & Save

03

Send only when ready

Review the saved message and documents, confirm the recipient and choose Send Saved Email. The app rechecks the client, current report and proof approval before delivery. Saving or reopening a draft never sends it.

Look for: Send Saved Email

04

Find sent files and delivery status

Open Client Emails — Sent & Drafts from the menu or Messages page. Sent contains emails accepted by the provider; Drafts contains unsent work; Outbox shows queued/sending items; Needs attention shows canceled or uncertain deliveries. Open a message to see its headers, body and retained attachments.

Look for: Sent / Drafts / Outbox / Needs attention

New email copies preserve the files used for that delivery even when the job later changes. Older emails may have only their saved recipient, status and report data; missing original headers or attachments are labeled. Provider acceptance does not confirm inbox arrival or opening.
