What each completion status means
The same job has separate responsibilities for the field team, administrator and client.
Server signs → office reviews
After successful e-signing, the server sees Completed. The administrator sees Pending Review and checks the signed proof.
Look for: Completed / Pending Review
Office approves → client reviews
Approve Proof & Release to Client makes the approved proof available in the client portal. The office/client stage is Awaiting Client Approval.
Look for: Awaiting Client Approval
Client approves → job finishes
Approve Job Completion finishes the job. Alternatively, an administrator can close approved work with a recorded reason when the client is unavailable. Correction requests return the relevant work for review.
Look for: Completed
