Messages and drafts
Use the app's internal messages to communicate with connected people.
Open Messages
Choose Messages from the menu. Use Inbox, Sent or Drafts to find the conversation or saved message.
Look for: Messages
Compose a message
Choose the intended recipient and write your message. Include the job number when asking about an assignment. Servers and clients can message their administrator.
Look for: To
Send or save
Choose Send message when ready, or Save draft to finish later. Check Sent or Drafts to confirm where it was saved.
