Your proof needs your professional identity. Your signature stays under your control.
Check your profile
Open My Account → My Profile and save your current contact details. Review My Compliance and ask the administrator to verify the service profile information used on proofs.
Look for: My Profile
Set up your signature
Open Documents & Signing → My signature & PIN. Enter your current account password, choose and confirm a six-digit signing PIN, and draw your signature.
Look for: Choose six-digit signing PIN
Save with your consent
Read the signature-saving consent and choose Save signature & PIN. You must still unlock E-Sign and consent to each document before that signature is applied.
Look for: Save signature & PIN
Keep your signing PIN private. An administrator does not sign on your behalf.
